It sleeps 12-14 people and the bedrooms consist of two Masters, both with king size beds, and both with full en-suite facilities. There are also 2 other queen bedrooms and 2 twins, one of which is themed for children.

A unique feature of this home is that each room has been individually decorated in bright colors and themed. For instance, there is a quite regal theme to the dining room, an elegant theme to the master bedroom, while all the other bedrooms have themes of their own including a children's bedroom based around Disney princesses.

The home also features original paintings by prominent local artists and this fore thought and attention to detail has helped to make Sitara one of the better homes in Windsor Hills.

There are TVs and DVDs in every bedroom, and there is a sofa bed in the main living area too.
There is also a Playstation 2 and a sound system in the children's bedroom.

Other features of Sitara include a second sitting area, spacious kitchen, a very large living room, separate dining area, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a two car garage.
The main living area is extremely well furnished and has a 47 inch High Definition widescreen television and DVD player, as well as a sound system.

The kitchen is fully fitted too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone, and you will find all your crockery, and cutlery, as well as linens and towels, supplied for your stay.

Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto a covered patio, which features a superb screened in swimming pool, and a spa.

For families, it is worth noting too that this pool area has a child safety net installed for our added security.

Another superb feature of this home, though, is the fully equipped games room which has a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and cable TV. This luxury has already proved very popular with our clients and now that the home is almost ready for use, we have very high expectations for it.

The amenities at Windsor Hills are a major plus too and include a superb games room, a fantastic oversized heated community pool with a slide, a fitness centre, and clubhouse, to name but a few!.
