How do I make a reservation?

How much deposit will I need to place?

For a four bedroom property, we require a $250 deposit per reservation. We accept all major credit cards. Please note that this deposit is deducted from your final invoice. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date (some LUXURY and  EXECUTIVE homes will allow you to use a credit card to hold your dates and the balance will be paid in full upon arrival).  For your safety, please do not send any billing information over E-mail. You can call us with any credit card information at the above number.

Will I get a property like the one in the pictures?

Yes. What you see is what you get in our Featured homes location only.   In our Non-featured homes location, the homes you view on our photo page are the actual homes we rent to our guests for you to view. This photo page is for you to get a feel of what the homes look like inside and out. Our Non-Featured homes all come standard with all the amenities features that come with standard or executive home.

Whats is the difference between a standard or executive homes?

A standard home comes with one TV, one VCR, fully furnished including all amenities.  Executive homes more than one TV, more than one VCR, upgraded furnishings and personal items placed in the home by the home owner to personalize your comfort.

What happens to my deposit if I cancel?

All Featured homes have independant cancellation fee policies.   Please request cancellation policy prior to your reservation.

If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded on the Non-Featured homes only.

All the Featured homes have their own deposit and cancellation policies.

Note: Cancellation Policy, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your arrival date.  A full deposit will be refunded for Non-Featured homes.

When do I pay the balance?

The balance of your vacation rental is due 30 days prior to your arrival date on the Non-Featrued homes.

Many Featured homes will have their own policies, balances paid 30 days prior to arrival date, or balance paid in full upon arrival (please check policy with your booking agent).

How much tax is there to pay?

There is 12% Tax on all totals.

How do I find the Home?

Directions are sent to you via E-mail or by postal mail with your confirmation.  The confirmation will provide you with directions to our manager's office or directly to your vacation home. 

What happens if I arrive early or late?

There is a lockbox on the front of the office with some management companies. With some management companies, you will be provided with a keyless entry code directly to your vacation property.  Accommodations for early arrivals must be made through your booking agent.

What do I need to bring?

Our homes are fully furnished and include all amenities, including linens and towels. You only need to bring clothing and personal hygiene items. Bring some beach towels for the beach or water parks.

What happens if I cause damage?

Should any damage beyond normal wear and tear or theft occur, you will be charged for the damage or stolen item before your departure. Please be advised that all items in the home are inventoried before and after your visit.

Can I smoke in the homes?

No. All properties are non-smoking. Any guest found in violation at any time will be asked to leave. All monies for the reservation will be forfeited.
